Refund Policy
If you would like to initiate a return please contact customer support by email: offer@baysmokes.nl Please provide as many details as possible, including ORDER #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. If the return is approved you will get further directions on shipping the package back to us. Any refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed.

- Add the equivalent amount of your order/item(s) in rewards points to your account
- Send you a replacement with USPS First Class shipping at no extra cost

Exceptions
We will not be offering compensation for any orders in which you have incorrectly inputted your address or payment information. It is your responsibility to double-check your information. However, if you email us before your order is shipped, we can make changes for you.
